Not all therapies suit everyone but as we move in to an era where modern medicine (as we know healthcare to be in the west) is disease care, we need to find another approach for healthcare, where ‘I just don’t feel right’ is listened to and investigated.

Cupping Therapy is an incredible medication. Are you in pain, or do you feel lethargic or foggy or in my case constantly cold… or something else? Try Cupping Therapy.

It might sound like pseudoscience or ‘quackery’ 🦆 and those marks do look a little scary I admit! BUT the therapy allows for blood flow, which creates an avenue for toxins & old cells to move through, allowing the body to remove them. Toxin build up is responsible for the onset of numerous chronic non communicable diseases (NCDs), removing these toxins is essential for a healthy life.

Preventative care is the new healthcare system. Keeping a check on yourself and taking back control by seeking out preventative healthcare providers, will keep you well. This is very much a eastern method of healthcare which shows, as their rates of chronic disease are far lower than ours in the west.
Its actually pretty empowering to take back that control and feel that you can make a difference to how you feel every day 🙌🏻. Heres a list of my go to health care providers for regular visits:
- deep tissue massage
- physio
- functional medicine practitioner
- nutritionist
- cupping practitioner
- red light therapy practitioner
