I don’t think hard times automatically make you a better person. That’s a whole other conversation. But they can make the best people and greatest stories. It’s a real human experience.

And sometimes they just make you fu***ng tired. 😂

But I do think there are things you can only discover about yourself when life strips away the usual answers.

Who you are when the plan doesn’t work.
What actually matters when achievement stops satisfying you.
What you’re willing to let go of.
What stays when everything else gets shaken up.

I’ve had enough hard times to know I would happily have ordered a few less, thanks. 😂

But I also know there is a fire in me that some of those experiences gave me.

So if you’re in a s**t chapter right now, I’m not going to tell you it’s happening for a reason.

Just keep fu***ng going.

The chapter will change.

And you might discover there’s more of you on the other side than you ever knew was there.

Nobody really talks about this bit of entrepreneurship and establishing a business enough.

The bit where part of you wants to say:

“F**k this. I’m done.”

Not because you hate what you do.

Not because you’ve failed.

But because you’re tired, like really fu***ng tired…

I’ve loved the clients I’ve worked with this year. ✨

I’ve seen incredible shifts. I know I’m good at what I do.

And still…

I’ve had moments where I’ve genuinely thought:

Do I actually want to keep doing this?

Then I think about getting a “normal” job and my entire nervous system goes:

Absolutely fu***ng not. 😂

I’m an empath, an HSP, an intuitive, and I’m a creative.

I’m here to do meaningful work with people.

I’m not particularly interested in squeezing myself back into a life that doesn’t fit me.

So here I am.

In the messy middle. In the down after the up, before the next up. Wondering which fu***ng direction to go in. 🤷‍♀️
Looking and feeling like s**t, but I just don’t give a F about looking glamorous right now, so showing up raw, messy and real. 🤣🤪

I don’t have all the answers.

I won’t pretend everything is amazing.

And I am not quitting either.🔥

Just figuring it out as I go.

Because sometimes “keep going” doesn’t look like relentless motivation.

Sometimes it looks like:

I’m exhausted.
I don’t know what I’m doing.
I’m questioning everything.

…and I’m still here.

Onwards and upwards. ☀️🔥💫🤪

You didn’t get here by accident.

You mapped the terrain, built the systems, made the calls nobody else would make.
External world: conquered. ✔️

But somewhere along the way, “figuring yourself out” got filed under things you’d deal with eventually.
Later.
When there’s time.

There’s a difference between managing your life and knowing yourself.
The first one you’ve clearly nailed.
The second one doesn’t respond to logic, willpower, or another 5am routine.

This isn’t about fixing what’s broken - nothing is. It’s about finally exploring the part of you that’s been running the whole operation from the background.

If “something’s missing” sounds familiar, that’s not a flaw.

That’s the invitation.

There is a particular kind of dissatisfaction that doesn’t look like dissatisfaction.

You’re functioning.

You’re achieving.

People probably think you’re doing pretty well.

And yet, somewhere underneath all of it, there’s a quiet:

“Is this it?”

Not because you’re ungrateful.

Not because you’re incapable.

And not because you need someone to tell you to quit your job, sell everything and move to the woods.

It’s because achievement can become a very sophisticated form of self-abandonment.

You can become exceptionally good at doing what is expected of you while becoming increasingly disconnected from what is actually true for you.

And eventually, more achievement isn’t the answer.

More self-connection is.

That’s where the real transformation begins.

Not becoming a better version of the person you’ve been conditioned to be.

Becoming more fully yourself.

If this hit somewhere slightly uncomfortable, tell me:

what are you successful at that you’re no longer sure you actually want?

Or where in your life has friction in it?

02/09/2026

How the F do you sell something that’s different for everyone?

This is the bit of being an entrepreneur that I find genuinely fu***ng difficult. Painful in fact! 🤪😂

“What transformation do you create?”

“What problem do you solve?”

“What’s the one outcome people get?”

And I’m like… 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙄

Because I don’t sell a product.

I don’t even really sell a standardised service.

I create a bespoke experience that meets the person where they actually are and what happens from there can look completely different. ✨

For one person, it might be finally trusting themselves enough to change career.

For another, it might be processing years of grief that have kept them stuck.

For someone else, it might be clarity around a decision they’ve been going round in circles about.

It might change their relationship.

Their confidence.

Their relationship with themselves.

Their work.

Their home.

Their joy.

Sometimes the external transformation is huge.

Sometimes the biggest shift is simply:

“I finally feel like myself again.”

And that, really, is the whole point of Freedom of Self® and my 30 day intensive.

Not becoming some perfected version of yourself.

Becoming more YOU.
Returning you to more of your original self.

So yes, apparently I need to somehow package all of that into a nice little marketing sentence.

😂🤪🤦‍♀️🙄

You didn’t become “the capable one” by accident.

Somewhere along the way, competence stopped being a skill and started being your identity.
And once that happens, rest feels like risk, receiving feels unsafe, and your own desires get quietly replaced by your ability to achieve things.

This isn’t a productivity problem.
It’s not a boundaries problem either - you’ve heard that one already and it didn’t fix it.

It’s what happens when “I can” becomes “I am.”

The work isn’t becoming more capable. You already are. The work is finding out who you are without it.

If this is landing -you already know.

DM me “CAPABLE” and let’s talk.

The most interesting clients I work with aren’t broken. They’re brilliant.
And they’ve got this quiet, persistent feeling that something on the inside hasn’t caught up with everything they’ve built on the outside.

That’s not a problem to fix. That’s an invitation.

3 spots. DM me READY. 😎🔥

The most self-sufficient people are often the hardest to reach - including by themselves.

You learned early to handle it.
To need nothing.
To keep moving.
And it worked.
It got you here: the career, the capability, the respect.

It just didn’t get you all the way to yourself.

That gap between who you are in a room and who you actually are - that’s not a performance issue.
That’s not something another strategy fixes.

It’s the thing underneath everything.
And it moves when you finally stop running at it sideways.

I’m not saying men don’t have emotions, hormones, chemicals, fluctuations or their own rhythms. Of course they do.

But generally speaking, men can often show up more consistently across a month than women can when you factor in the hormonal fluctuations of the menstrual cycle.

And I’m done pretending I can - or should - operate at the same capacity for four weeks.

I’m good for three. 😂🤪

Today, I’m on day 21 of my cycle. I’m in my luteal phase. I’m here. I’m working. I’m recording this. But I feel sluggish. Cognitively questionable 🤪🤣

Tomorrow? I could be so floored I can barely get out of bed, never mind drive somewhere.

And that’s the point.

Every cycle is different. Every month is different. Our energy, hormones, stress levels, sleep, life circumstances and capacity all change.

So I’m experimenting with building my business around my actual capacity rather than constantly overriding it.

Some days are for creating.
Some are for thinking.
Some are for deep work.
Some are for integration.
Some are for admin.
Some are for rest.
And sometimes the most productive thing I can do is absolutely f**k all.

Rest is productive.
Being is productive.

I’m still unlearning decades of conditioning that says:

“Push harder.”
“Be consistent.”
“You haven’t hit the goal yet.”
“Keep going.”
“Don’t stop.”

But what if consistency doesn’t have to mean producing the same amount every single day?

What if consistency means continuing to honour yourself through changing capacity?

I think we need a much bigger conversation about this.

Not just women’s cycles.

Human rhythms. Natural rhythms.
Conscious living.

Because we are organic beings living inside systems that often expect us to behave like machines.

And frankly… I’m not interested in being a machine anymore.

I’m happy to own that I am a human, a woman and I have certain limits.
