My studio is a sanctuary not just for you, but for me as well. ✨️

• Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen from the towels, blankets, curtains, rugs, and even the clothing I wear are made from natural cotton. No low frequency fabrics!

• Natural fibres have their own energetic qualities and create a calming environment that supports the flow of each treatment.

• The body oils and essential oils used are also pure and natural.

Healing isn't just about the treatment itself, it's about the environment that surrounds it. 🌿

For the third year of the Naylou Holistics Wellbeing Picnic, all proceeds from the raffle ticket sales went to Naylou Holistics CIC. Thanks to your generosity through raffle ticket purchases and donations, we raised £180. 🙏🏾

It may not seem like a huge amount, but every pound makes a difference. This amount can provide three Women living with womb-related health conditions with a free 30-minute complementary therapy session, as well as another 13 Women with a box of organic sanitary products.

This is just the beginning! 💁🏾‍♀️ I have such a big vision for what the Wellbeing Picnic can become... more activities, more wellbeing experiences, more sponsors meaning more giveaways, and more opportunities to connect.

Chair massages can be effective in producing therapeutic results by concentrating the massage on the areas of greatest tension, such as the neck, back, shoulders, arms, and hands.

Another good thing about this massage is the flexibility of giving/receiving it. From an office, to an event, baby or bridal shower, birthday party, indoors or outdoors... you just let me know 💁🏾‍♀️
