I’m so happy to announce I’ve been asked back to hold another event this year ✨

Last year was a perfect sold out event 🤍

The most beautiful setting with the most beautiful people & the most beautiful sounds 💜

Hiring out the whole field & playing sound with the birds & bees in the background is something else, the fields hold special memories for me so I’m truly grateful to be back 💜

I’m doing it a little different to last year.
Arrival 5.45pm, settle in, choose some tarot cards, we start prompt start at 6pm, no break in-between but you have 15/20m at the end to walk the fields & take pictures at your leisure.

This year I’ll be making a special product with from the lavender oil made from our ladybird field that you will be taking home with you 💜

It will be beautiful.
An evening of gentle movement, gentle breathwork & beautiful sounds created especially for you, to switch off and focus only on yourself for a while 🙏🏼💜

As always - yoga mats, eye masks & water will be provided, you just need to bring a little blanket for if it gets cool.

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday at 11.11am.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted the last couple of weeks, it’s been so busy..

I’ve got some brilliant events coming up for & my new business which I’ll post more about over the next few days.. my hands have been busy creating potions 🥰

I don’t really share much of my life outside of work, so here’s some snippets of loveliness in my life lately, I always forget to take pictures tbh..

The closest I’ve ever been to a rainbow 🌈 I was travelling back from up north & had to stop in the rain to picture it.. 😍
Spent time with my mum who I don’t see much of 🤍

I was gifted lovely flowers 🌷

I’ve been seeing beautiful clients for sound & energy healing - feel so blessed this work is part of my life.. 🙏🏼

I’ve been really focusing on my own spiritual practises & it makes such a difference in my life when I’m fully consistent 🧝🏻‍♀️

I’ve been at the beach a lot in my spare time recently, helps me process grief and ground back into my body .. if you can get to the water.. go - especially this weekend 🌊

Had my first ice cream of the year 🍦

Spent time with my beautiful friend , dancing, laughing & straightening each others crowns 👑

And I’ve started a hair journey at long last with after watching posts about them for about a year… I’ll post more in my stories over the weekend..

6am sound sessions 🥣

Sound healing has always been important for me the last 5years, I started going to my friends sound events when I was under a lot of stress and it calmed everything in my mind & body.

I started training as a facilitator in 2024 after going through a big trauma in my life resulting in deep grief.

It has helped my nervous system more than most things I’ve tried over the years and I’ve tried a lot of things.

The sound doesn’t come through my phone well so I can’t play the sound, but these alchemy quartz crystal bowls are beautiful.

The frequencies help bring my mind into a quieter state,
When my body relaxes, my inner awareness becomes clearer, visions become clearer, the sounds activate my parasympathetic nervous system & cortisol is reduced.

Sound can interrupt overthinking patterns.
Calms racing thoughts, creates space between thoughts, helps with focus and grounding.

It’s not magic but it’s giving my brain something rhythmic to align to. It helps me process emotions without needing words.
The sound moves through the tissues in my body moving energy that can get stuck in certain places.

Sometimes it brings up emotions & I’ll cry, or sometimes it helps download information into my body, and sometimes it’s just a really beautiful experience that I need at that moment.

I took a break while doing my own work and it was much needed, there’s been a lot of change, a lot of clarity & a lot of internal guidance.

Below is what I’m currently offering, times and a new pricing structure.

All 121 healing sessions are 2hours.

£50 p/h and pricing plans are available if required.

Please don’t let money deter you from asking for help - money is a frequency only & everything can be discussed 🙏🏼

All 5 treatments may be used in one session or only 1, it all depends on what you need at the time.

Kambo Ceremony 2 weeks ago 🐸 💚

I’ve sat with kambo quite a few times but this experience was different from the others…
1 point on the back of my heart chakra with no water & no physical releasing - that came 10 days later while working with Bobinsana.

Not always do you need to drink, not always do you need to be sick & not always do you need lots of points to heal the inside of your body & mind.

I love Kambo, I feel I’ve got a beautiful connection to the medicine now after 2 years of working with it.
It’s helped so much in many ways, I’ve worked with some great facilitators but never a woman until this experience, totally different energy, I can lean into my masculine being a single mum so the femininity of the facilitator & the female frog was a beautiful experience, the female kambo is a lot more poweful than the male & I never feel it as much when I’ve had the male points.

I connected with kambo this week when I was sick, the cramps, the heat in my body was all the same as if I had been sitting with her, It’s such a powerful medicine for healing, I recommend looking into it and looking into the benefits 🤍

I haven’t posted about any personal work I’ve been doing lately, I’ve just wanted to focus away from social media..but I’ve got a few posts I want to share tonight.. 🤍

Bobinsana Dieta 🌸 It’s been 10 days since opened ceremony and it was closed yesterday. What a beautiful experience 🤍

I’ve added some pictures of my journey with Bobinsana before I even thought about a dieta with her & some pics of the last 10 days..
The first pic is artwork I bought in Peru - the spirit of Bobinsana 💞
The rest are ways I’ve been clearing myself to be in service to the best of my ability for others 🙏🏼

It has been an emotional journey with so much connection to the plant & Nancy 🌺

The challenges of life have been full on lately but being on this dieta taking the medicine everyday being held in a container that guides you back to your heart constantly has been so important when you’re releasing control of things outside of you.

The discipline you have to in-still within yourself with food, social media, contact with people, conversations, reactions helps you release so much attachment & programming with love & grace.

It has really helped me move through grief I’ve had stored, sacred rage has been real, one night of hours of sickness was welcomed.
Situations out of my control but directly affecting the whole of my energy was difficult to sit with & find stillness to surrender to & move through it.

Finding out the truth and root causes of the last 14months of negative energy attachment was so relieving.
I will speak about all of that one day soon.
The truth will always out & it’s on its way, not everyone is who they say they are 🔥

So much gratitude & love to Nancy who is working in complete light doing this work for LOVE… no ego, no financial greed, just pure love & for the wanting to help people deeply, she is so gifted in the medicine world, her connection to the plants is second to none.
I highly recommend her for all her services 🤍

Thank you and all the ladies who shared the space with me the last 10 days, grateful for every second of it 🤍
