I still get butterflies when I see all the back to school photos!! I used to love the summer holidays with my kid's and not look forward to that first day back at school!! 😣 However, I also knew that I'd maybe started to take the scenic route with my eating habits!! If you're feeling the same, be great to see you in group to help you get back on track 💕

I also love to see the first day at school photo's from some of my friend's. Also loving to see my friend's without children tagging themselves at the airport as they fly off to somewhere warm and child free lol!

From Monday 7th September, in addition to my Tuesday groups at Bromsgrove Rugby Club, I will also be running a Slimming World group at Newsong Community Church every Monday at 5.30pm.

Who knew that something as personal (and sometimes downright difficult!) as a weight-loss journey could bring such lovely friendships? ❤️

Our Slimming World group is basically part support group, part therapy session, part comedy club… and, let’s be honest, a highly competitive little league where nobody wants to admit they’re secretly desperate to get that award! 😂🏆

There’s something really special about having people around you who completely get it, the highs, the wobbles, the “I’ve been really good all week” followed by the suspicious silence when someone asks what you ate (or drank) on Saturday night! 😂

The encouragement, the laughs, the honesty and the friendships make such a difference.

It really is so much more than losing weight ~ it’s finding your people along the way. Thank you Gaynor for creating the safest space for us all to do this! ❤️ x
