✨ The first Neurodivergent support group .pearl.exchange

Wow, wow, wow! Just when I think holding space in the community couldn’t get any better!

Such a beautiful space, wonderful souls, sharing, listening and acknowledging each other.

Thank you to everyone that came along this evening and a big thank you to TPE for having me host ✨

A new course? Well of course!

So pleased to announce that I am currently working towards my qualification in becoming an accredited Trauma informed somatic counsellor ✨

This is not only a journey to add to my professional offerings, but a journey of self development and healing.

Clients, friends and family alike, know that I’ve been on a real journey of discovery over the last decade.

Embarking on this qualification felt right to do it now. I wasn’t ready previously, to hold space for this meant I needed to put in the work beforehand, to gain knowledge and self understanding I didn’t possess before.

I’m beyond excited to share my knowledge, to support individuals on their healing journey and hold the space so rightly deserved.

I’ll be sharing this journey with you, in all its raw, chaotic, emotional purity. I’m here for it all. Who is with me? ✨🫶

Wow! Tonight was magical ✨

A year ago I set out to create a space that allowed vulnerability, authenticity and acceptance.

When I set out to discover and nurture my own neurodiversity and mental health 6 years ago I knew I wanted to support others, to enable them to feel seen, heard and validated. Things I’d always felt were missing from my life.

Healing self and gaining acceptance isn’t linear. It isn’t easy, it’s messy, ugly and hard. But, it is oh so worth it.

On my journey I’ve met some amazing, inspiring individuals. People I’ve formed life long connections with and people I’ve shared fleeting yet impactful moments with.

Pursuing my own journey of self discovery and understanding was the first stepping stone , retraining as a life coach was the second in creating this space. Gaining my training and qualifications in neurodivergent conditions was the next. Piecing together my education, training and lived experience was the last. Tonight was the result of this.

A support group for women with ADHD. Tonight was the first of a 6 month course of workshops. The women that attended are not only inspiring but brave and courageous for taking the step to open up and be vulnerable.

I’m sitting, reflecting, this is such a ‘pinch me’ moment!
I feel truly privileged to hold this space and I cannot wait to support them on their own unique journeys.

Feeling grateful 🙏 ✨

I’m signing out for 2025! What a year it has been. I’m so incredibly grateful to each and every one of you that has supported me on an incredible year of growth, not only in my business but emotionally and mentally, also.

A year ago I had just launched my coaching and it has gone from strength to strength. There are lots of exciting things on the horizon for 2026 and I can’t wait to share these with you…..big changes are coming and I’m here for it ✨

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all well over this festive period, however that may look for you. Remember to lean into your needs, how this time looks for each individual will vary. If it’s chaotic and loud, quiet, calm and anything in-between, honour your needs.

I look forward to seeing you all in 2026 but for now I’m switching off socials to rest, rejuvenate and be present. Merry Christmas ✨🎄❤️

✨ My 1:1 Coaching Diary for January 2026 is Now Open ✨

If you’re navigating life as a neurodivergent adult — pre or post diagnosis — and you’re looking for support, understanding, and a space to grow… I’ve got room for you.

As an accredited neurodivergent coach, I help clients explore their identity, build confidence, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and create a mindset that supports you — not the version of you the world has pushed you to be.

Whether you’re:

🔹 Still exploring whether you might be ND
🔹 Recently diagnosed and processing what that means
🔹 Looking to thrive, not just cope
🔹 Ready to make changes but unsure where to start

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

My 1:1 coaching offers a collaborative, compassionate space where we work at your pace — celebrating strengths, navigating challenges, and helping you understand your neurodivergent wiring.

🗓️ January 2026 bookings are officially open

💛 Limited spaces to keep support personalised

If this feels like the right time for you, I’d love to walk alongside you.

✨ Last night, something truly special happened.

I ran my very first ADHD support group for women — a space born from a dream, a whisper, a deep knowing that community heals.

A year ago, I launched my life coaching business with one intention: to make a difference. To walk beside others as they learn, grow, and remember who they are.

Since becoming an accredited neurodivergent coach, my heart has been set on creating a space where women could exhale… where they could feel seen, heard, and understood.

These photos are just tiny glimpses of an evening filled with raw honesty, vulnerability, laughter, and connection. The kind of magic that happens only when women come together — holding space for one another, lifting each other higher. 💫

To everyone who showed up with open hearts — thank you. I’m deeply grateful and profoundly honoured to have shared this moment with you.

And to my former self…
You did it. You can do hard, brave, beautiful things. 💛

🌿 Feeling Your Feelings in Your Body 🌿

As a neurodivergent coach, I often remind my clients: emotions aren’t just “in your head” — they live in your body too.

When we take a moment to pause and notice sensations, we allow emotions to be seen, heard, and processed. That tightness in your chest, flutter in your stomach, or tension in your shoulders? These are your emotions trying to be acknowledged.

✨ Try this simple practice:
1. Stop for a moment.
2. Notice where your body feels tension, heat, or movement.
3. Breathe into that space and give yourself permission to simply be with it.

This mindful connection helps emotions flow instead of getting stuck, giving your mind and body a chance to heal and reset.

💡 Remember: Feeling isn’t a weakness — it’s a pathway to understanding and self-compassion.

✨ Meditation doesn’t have to look one certain way. ✨

For a long time, I thought meditation meant sitting in silence with my legs crossed… and honestly, that just didn’t work for my brain.

Meditation is about grounding your nervous system, and that can look completely different for each of us. It might be walking through the woods and listening to the leaves, sitting by the ocean and soaking in the sound of the waves, or simply keeping your eyes open and being present in your surroundings. 🌊🍃

There’s no “right” way — only the way that feels right for you. Everyone can meditate; it’s all about finding your unique path. 💙

✨ Mindful Walking: A Reset for Your Mind + Nervous System ✨

Walking in nature isn’t just exercise — it’s a grounding reset. 🌿 Each step is an invitation to come back into the present moment, to notice the world around you, and to soothe your nervous system.

💚 When we practice mindful walking, we can:
🌱 Feel the ground beneath our feet — a reminder that we are supported.
🌳 Notice the sounds of birds, rustling leaves, or the breeze — anchoring us to now.
☀️ Tune into our breath and body — giving the nervous system a gentle reset.

For neurodivergent minds (and really, for all of us), mindful walking can be a simple yet powerful way to pause, regulate, and reconnect with ourselves.

Next time you step outside, try this:
👣 Take slow, intentional steps.
👁 Notice 3 things you can see, 2 things you can hear, and 1 thing you can feel.
💭 Let thoughts come and go — and gently return your attention to the walk.

Your walk doesn’t need to be long. Even 5 minutes of mindful walking can shift your energy, bring clarity, and calm your system.

🌿✨ Sometimes, the most powerful reset is just a step away.

💧 Water as a Reset Button 🌊

Did you know that being in, near, or even listening to water can calm your nervous system?
• The sound of waves or ripples helps regulate our sensory system.
• Swimming, floating, or simply dipping your feet in can soothe stress and bring you back into your body.
• Even sipping water mindfully can activate the vagus nerve and signal safety to your brain.

For neurodivergent nervous systems that often feel overstimulated or on high alert, water can be a gentle, accessible way to restore balance.

✨ Next time you feel overwhelmed, try:
💦 Taking a few slow sips of cool water
🌊 Listening to ocean or rain sounds
🚿 Enjoying a mindful shower
🏊 Being in or near a lake, pool, or sea

Your body will thank you. 🌊💙
