I can’t join in with this caption per photo. I can barely write one caption now days. My online presence inspo isn’t really. Life’s busy. Life’s okay. Home is cool. Outside is lovely. We miss Henri every second of every day. Tan. Relax. Teach mindful classes. Look after yourself. Use Fussy deo (message me for discount link). Eat well. Fall over anyway. Do the things even if you cry on arrival and introducing yourself. ❤️‍🩹🙃

SUMMER SOLSTICE 2026 ON FILM

Recently my Nan was throwing out some bits and one of them was an old camera!! Her not knowing these are COOL to have at the moment.. so I took a risk and ordered a film to see if it still worked.

Developed (digital and prints) £36 (!!!!!!! 😮) (for 36 photos in total though so £1 a photo doesn’t seem as mad)

Doing it alone is cool .. but being in a room full of people together is magic ✨

I’m at DRIFT
Mondays 7am for a traditional back to classical roots. A grounded Sivananda practice. Expect stillness. Space. Breathwork. A Hatha practice following the same sequence to build mental stamina.

Thursdays 6pm for a flowy movement, linking breath and strength and building heat and endurance within yogic poses 🌶️

Both very different.
Both yoga.

ps you may not see it until now but the waitrose reusable bag is in the shot. & I have to note it. It always became my bag of choice this week and I now need a new work bag this shape and size. Give me suggestions below please for a new ‘work bag/ yoga bag’

July has been

It’s been H O T - which I love and has helped. Being able to be outside in the sun doing things. Teaching outside. Clearing the garden (mostly my mum clearing our garden and me .. existing within the garden .. helping. Ish)

Being outside helps.

The month we last cuddled our little boy.

Finding new routines together and Bertie being centre stage of it all.

Beach walks. Ice creams. Outside yoga. Baking. Eating out.

All that being said I’m digging deep for the nice bits. I’ve struggled and gone fully inwards.
I’ve been sent a few things lately by different brands and haven’t posted anything where I went so off posting.

Coming back a little now and I’ll share what I’ve been sent soon. Just finding my feet again.

It’s been just over 24 hours since we saw you last and it’s been an awful 24 hours.

To my dear Henri, you were and always will be our puppy boy, our little Henners, the best boy, the little boy

We tried everything. Every vet appointment and advice and treatment. Every holistic treatment and healing. But enough was enough because you were ready 💔. We wasn’t and will never be, but we had to listen to you, for you. 🌈💙

12 whole years and 8 months, of cheekiness, stealing socks in yoga classes, chasing peoples footballs, chasing outdoor pt sessions, adventures all over, attending Craig & Sarah’s wedding, picking me up from Wales!! You were, and really are the best boy ever!

Thank you for all the love and always being there to listen. Thank you for being close through it all. You may not have liked kisses and cuddles, but you’d always make sure you were close when I was sad and needed you.

I don’t really have the words for a caption for the most perfect boy in the world so: Thank you for being you. We miss you and will miss you forever and ever.

It’s been a while!!!

I’ve been covering, teaching puppy yoga, retreats, or simply needing a day off ..

BUTTTT this Sunday. We have the weather for it and i am excited to share with you a special one off session back at Benfleet Moorings ☀️

I currently do not have an active website, so to book please contact me. I will send you booking details and how to pre pay and all arrival details.

Benfleet Moorings is private properly so i will be waiting at the gate to let you in and guide you to park safely.

Class will take place from 9:30-10:30am this Sunday 12th July
pre booking is required please **
