I've lived in Bude my whole life and brought up my children here.

I started Refresh in 2020 and since then I've built it into a proper local business covering carpets and upholstery and hard floors for homes and commercial businesses.
I don't cut corners. I've invested in the best machines on the market and the best eco-friendly chemicals on the market to get a deeper, safer clean that dries fast and lasts.

You must have a big smile that will make each client’s face light up when they welcome you at the door.🙂s each day is varied, you’ll need to think on your feet…and it helps to be light on them too as clients often enjoy a dance following afternoon tea or a waltz on the way to the bathroom.💃🕺
A good pair of eyes and ears are essential. Ears to listen to a lifetime's worth of amazing stories, and eyes to help them find their things if they’ve been misplaced!
You find joy in the little moments in life. A cuppa made “just right” or spending that extra 5 minutes plaiting hair.
The job is varied with each client depending on their needs, you must be prepared to roll up your sleeves to cook in the kitchen, or bring in some flowers from the garden!
Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, take your time to listen, take time to understand and take time to care - we measure time in hours, and each one matters.
A GCSE in history is not required, but helping a client relive their memories by flicking through a photo album together will be sure to make their day.
You’ll need to bring oodles of patience, and a sense of humour. We’re a social bunch who love getting together for regular training (and parties!) and we’ll always be there to support you no matter what.

🟡 Free ear check at your home or chosen place.

🟡 No booking fee.

🟡 Video scope so you can see what I see.

🟡 Ear wax removal if necessary. This will be booked in and you will be asked to use Ear drops for a few days up to the wax removal appointment.

💷 Costs..1 Ear £30 or 2 ears £50

❗️IF a return visit is required I do not charge you! You do NOT pay twice.

👍 If the cost is prohibitive please call for a chat so we can work out a way forward.
