Our OTAGO programme is recommended by the NHS and it’s brilliant for everyone who’s struggling to walk with confidence, including those living with all sorts of long term conditions and disabilities. Remember, it’s never too late to build muscle and improve balance.
Our chair-based class is for those who enjoy moving to music, it’s as challenging as you want it to be and works on heart and lung heath, joint mobility, strength and reducing anxiety.
