After this morning's healing with another beautiful soul I left the mead hall door open, not only to help with cleansing the space, but to also give my crystals some long awaited sunshine energy🌞

*When leaving crystals in sunshine just bear in mind not all crystals like too much sun and the clear quartz can act like glass, so please just be careful💚

If you can, please allow yourself 10mins outside today. Place your hand over your heart, listen to what's around you and let that spring like sunshine warm your face and cleanse your soul ✨

Tomorrow is not only the start of the Chinese Astrological new year when we say farewell to the year of the wood snake 🐍and welcome in the year of the Fire Horse🐎 But we also have a New moon and an annular solar eclipse too! So a lot of energies all at once..🫨

Since the 4th Feb you may have felt anxious, tired, experienced health issues, not sleeping and basically not feeling grounded or balanced. Things may have come to an end abruptly. You may have made choices, sometimes beyond your control. This is the snake year completing its cycle, shedding to make way for a fresh new start. The year of the snake wasn't easy or comfortable. If it felt slow & emotional that's because shedding isn't gentle. You may even be a different person to when the snake year first started a year ago🐍

The year of the Fire Horse 🐎 will bring different feelings & energies around you. This high energy powerful cycle is all about passion, rapid change, personal growth, strength, transformation and courage. But don't run too soon as this can lead to too many expectations and can cause stress and an overwhelming feeling.

So mindfully plan out your year, set goals that you want to achieve, but start small✨

As we have the new moon in Aquarius and the annular solar eclipse tomorrow (ring of fire) which will be noticeable in Antarctica, plus this is the Universal year 1, all these combined energies are all about transformation, new beginnings, reset and looking forward.

But ensure you make time for yourself, meditate, go for a walk, be present and be kind to yourself. Welcome in nourishing opportunities and love yourself. Pencil in time for a 'me date' to find yourself again. As you are the leading person in your life.

As we welcome in this new cycle tonight just be still, relax, take a luxurious bath, meditate & be mindful of your breath. This is a big reset opportunity✨
