When Denise first came to me 7 months ago, she was determined not to let “getting older” mean slowing down.
A retired lady in her 60s with a huge zest for life, Denise had always been active….gym classes, hobbies, running, amateur dramatics, holidays, golf… she loved keeping busy.
But over the last few years, her body had started fighting back.
Painful knees meant she was told to stop running.
Shoulder pain and reduced mobility forced her to give up golf too.
It felt like age was trying to put her in the “sit quietly and slow down” category.
Denise had other ideas 😏
Together, we completely changed the way she trained….syncing her workouts with her energy levels and the Moon Cycle.

💪AND this month she played golf for the first time in over a YEAR….completely pain free ⛳️
