If you like reflexology you’ll love this one to, the difference with Thai foot massage is we work with a stick as well as our fingers and thumbs applying pressure to specific points that correspond with different parts of your body. We also work up the leg to the knee with the SEN lines, the energy pathways used in Thai medicine, similar to the meridians used in reflexology.
The benefits are the same as reflexology, one difference though you usually feel more invigorated after Thai Foot Massage, it’s a very clearing treatment 🦶
