I decided to sell my Fitbit. I loved using this, but now it's counterproductive for me to use due to my Ellyions and I've switched to a visible.health monitor to help me find my baseline and pace myself, so I can get out of this cycle of pushing and crashing.

Pure joy, chaotic energy
It's been a Wheely Happy Day. 😁✨
Wigs off, home, and I am absolutely buzzing. I cannot believe today happened.

Big thanks to Craig and IndependentCountry for an absolutely fab festival day. I was completely star struck — I got to I met, chatted and had pics taken with Guy Chadwick from the house of Love, and Craig from Independent Country 🤩 starstruck!!

Photos taken, had a natter, and somehow charmed the tech crew into getting me a set list, which I got SIGNED. 🤩🙌 I mean. SIGNED.

My chair boogying was, shall we say, enthusiastic. 💃🪑 My body is already filing a formal complaint and tomorrow is going to be a rough one. But right now? My heart is full in a way I genuinely cannot put into words.

Still alive. Mostly. 👋 Today has been a good day, I'm dressed and socialised

My Ellyllons have clearly decided that five days at Bearded Theory deserved a full-scale revenge tour, and honestly? Fair enough. I knew what I was signing up for. I signed up anyway.

I'm currently in what I'm calling the "post-festival archaeological dig" phase — piecing myself back together, one very slow layer at a time.

The blog post is coming, I promise. It's just taking me approximately as long to write as the festival itself lasted. Brain fog and epic storytelling are not a natural pairing. 😅

But here's the thing: would I do it again?

Absolutely. Without a single second's hesitation. Next year's 🙌🙌 tickets are already bought. 🎟️
The Ellyllons can get in the bin.

These days, fun comes with consequences. Big fun comes with big consequences. My Ellyllons are currently collecting on that debt with considerable enthusiasm and zero mercy. But the alternative is sitting it out, and life is genuinely too short for that nonsense.
