Sunday, day of rest, just like the whole of this week. But today I am hopeful that good things will happen, that next week will be better.

That the sun will shine and I can spend time in my garden, feel the sun on my face and manage my pain.

Believe in yourself on the days when motivation is missing.
You won’t always feel confident, inspired, or ready.
Sometimes you simply have to take one small step anyway.
Keep showing up even when nobody is watching.
The discipline you build in quiet moments matters more than temporary motivation.
Keep going until you become proud of how far you’ve come. ❤️

When life doesn’t give you the answers you want, try not to assume that nothing good is happening. Sometimes the waiting period is part of the journey. Keep your faith, continue doing your best, and remind yourself that you cannot always see the bigger picture from where you are standing. What feels uncertain today may make much more sense when you look back later. 🌿

But this was such a super spoonie day out with Burntwood, Lichfield & Beyond Spoonie and Carer Connect and members of our private groups. Such an amazing afternoon arranged with the help of Creative Burntwood Lichfield Arts and Laura Page.
