One of the biggest mistakes I see, is people expecting perfection.
In reality, the women who get the best results are usually doing the simple stuff, really well.
I know life happens, and things can get in the way of your routine. This is why working with me is a collaboration - to find a realistic routine and learn to understand that adapting and adjusting is ok.
If you can’t get your workout in, go for a walk instead.
If you are feeling mentally or physically drained, then have a day off and restructure your week.
The aim is to create a lifestyle that gives you focus, but with flexibility.
