Dear Ladies,

Please keep an eye on my social media profiles for updates regarding the group classes in both places.

Finally the time has come and you already might know, very soon I will have a surgery in Hungary🇭🇺 because of my health condition.

Next week I have to travel back home🇭🇺 for my pre-op assessments and I will find out the exact date of the operation.

I started my endometriosis journey 6 years ago.
Basically had left behind by the NHS system here in the UK.
Waited a year and a half ( for an "emergency situation") with cronic pain in daily basis and many emotional ups and downs, so I have to be my own priority this time and for further good too.
We had to make an extremely hard decision as this surgery must be done asap, especially the endo started to effect other organs.

I did the classes in both places with so much love and joy.
That's why I ask you lovely Ladies, don't think I give up on you or on teaching. I promise, I will not disappear either.
I will share a lot of info about my recovery and returning here, on IG and on my private profile as well.

Please wish me nothing else, just fast recovery🤗❣️
All prayers or positive thoughts are really appreciated 🥰❣️

My plan is to get back to the fitness classes and 1to1 sessions as fast as possible,but I need to come first and fix this situation...

I set 2 cleaning stations for you this morning.
One is downstairs and the other one is just next to the stairs close to the cardio area.

Feel free to use the spray and please return the cleaning stuff into the plastic basket!
