🌿A Step into my Greenhouse🌿

I love the outdoors and started growing some of our own organic fruit and veg a couple of years back.

It is so therapeutic. On days where I feel overwhelmed or tired...I go out and just potter in the garden & nurture my veg & plants.

Your own home grown food always has so much flavour. Growing organic, I know exactly what where it comes from.

I don't use any pesticides or herbicides and use rain water where possible and organic seaweed or homemade fertilizers.

✨ Let me introduce myself...

Hi, I'm Delmeza— the heart and hands behind Lumi Essence Therapies.

From a young age I have always been drawn to natural medicine and healing. Something deep inside me always knew that the answers to our wellbeing lie within nature and within ourselves.

I have trained in various healing modalities, massage therapy and Aromatherapy. I ran my own small business making and selling natural healing aromatherapy candles and fragrances and was running Aromatherapy and Candle Making workshops.

A few years ago, I was going through a challenging time in my life and decided I needed to do something for myself. I walked the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage from Porto to Santiago. I walked to HEAL. To find STILLNESS. To find MYSELF again...

The Camino was life changing...
Somewhere along The Way, My way, everything became clear.
Life is too short not to do what lights your soul on fire and brings you joy and happiness. So, I came home and I decided to start with my Homeopathy Training.

In the past, my own health challenges led me down the homeopathic path — sitting in a Homeopath's chair, experiencing its gentle yet profound power, and thinking, this changes everything...

What a journey it has been so far.
I have learned so much about myself and also the magic of Homeopathy. I truly believe that homeopathy found me. It feels like my calling. And I can't imagine doing anything else.

My own path to healing has been real and sometimes messy — and I wouldn't change it. I know what it feels like to struggle. To search for answers. To need someone in your corner - supporting you on your healing journey.

Now in my final year of a 4 year professional training, I work with people who are ready to explore natural healing — gently, deeply and individually.

This page is where I'll be sharing education, inspiration, remedy wisdom, nature's magic and a little of my world.
