There are many reasons why I love my job, each element fills my love cup in so many different ways. However, something that makes me so proud and reminds me why I do what I do is when I get to work with these amazing woman in our Reiki Healing Circles at Nowton Court Village residential home. I love learning about their lives, story’s about times they were full of joy and also just how they support and uplift each other. It is very special to watch and I am in awe of them!!

To be able to help them relax, rest and release any physical, emotional, mental pain from the body during this phase of life gives makes me so happy❤️

I have just landed back home after a wonderful week staying in the Spanish mountains with some friends and thought I’d share some photos⛰️🧚🏽🩵

Thank you so much for allowing me to switch off for the week and be patient with my responses. I am so blessed to be able to travel and make time for myself whilst also having the best job ever. We of course still did some Pilates by the pool🧘🏽‍♀️👙

I will be back to the treatment room and the studio from tomorrow, Sunday the 14th of June for my Pilates & Matcha event with greys at The Self Centre where we have some wonderful goodies for you to take home including a Reiki Healing gift from me🫶☺️
