A little note from me before I switch off for a few days… 🌿🤎

I know I have so many messages, comments and beautiful words waiting for me, and I’ve answered as many as I possibly can today. Please know I’m not ignoring anyone — I’m just one woman trying to keep up with it all. 😂❤️

But for now… the TentBox is up, I’m in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, and it’s time for me to put the phone down and properly immerse myself in nature. 🌄✨

Tomorrow I get to welcome the rest of our wonderful women for a couple of days of camping, connection, laughter, slowing down and just being together. And I honestly can’t wait. 🏕️🔥

After such a full and beautiful few weeks, I’m giving myself permission to be present here — muddy feet, fresh air, probably wild hair 😂 and all.

I’ll be back on my phone properly from Thursday and will work my way through everything then. 🙏

For now… this is where you’ll find me.
Out in nature, doing what I love, with beautiful women around me. 🤎🌿

My heart is honestly SO full of gratitude after last night. 🌅🤍✨

To every single person who made their way up Holcombe Hill and shared that beautiful evening with me… THANK YOU.

Looking around and seeing so many people gathered together families, friends, familiar faces, new faces and SO many little ones 🥹 was something really special.

There were no expectations. No perfection. Just people coming together in nature, watching the sun go down, sharing sound, laughter, connection and a little bit of magic. 🌿🥁✨

I’m slowly working my way through all your messages, comments, photos and videos, what’s apps so please bear with me. But please know that every comment, every photo, every share, every like and every kind word means a thousand miles to me and to TJ’s Reiki Healing. 🤍

This little space I’ve created has become so much more than a business to me. It’s community. It’s connection. It’s somewhere we can come exactly as we are, breathe a little deeper, laugh, feel, connect and just BE.

And last night was a reminder of exactly why I do what I do. 🥹

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for trusting me, supporting me and showing up.

Holcombe Hill… you were bloody beautiful. 🌅

✨ HOLCOMBE HILL — TOMORROW NIGHT ✨ The Return Of Holcombe Hill Sun Set Sound Bath Gathering

I can’t quite believe we’re doing this again tomorrow. 🤍

There’s something so special about gathering up on Holcombe Hill as the day starts to soften… blankets down, people arriving, families, friends and complete strangers all sharing the same space.

No big production. No pressure. Just us, the hill, the sunset and the sounds. 🌅✨

I’ll be heading up early with my bowls and everything I need, so when you see me around the tower, please come over and say hello. I absolutely love meeting you all — don’t be shy! 😂🤍

🌿 A little reminder for tomorrow:

Please give yourself plenty of time for the walk up. Don’t rush it. Take it steady, enjoy the views and allow yourself time once you reach the top to find a spot, get your blanket down and get warm and comfortable before we begin.

🕰 Sound Bath begins at 7:45pm
📍 Holcombe Hill, Ramsbottom
🚗 Parking around the bottom of the hill near the Shoulder of Mutton / surrounding street parking
🧣 Bring a blanket and something warm — it can get chilly up there!

This is a cash donation gathering on the evening if you’re able to contribute, but there is absolutely no pressure. There are NO tickets and no payment is needed beforehand.

Bring your children, your friends, your mum, your partner… or come completely on your own. You’ll be welcomed exactly the same. 🤍

Come as you are.

💗 LOVE HERDER… YOU HAVE MY HEART 💗

What a weekend. Bare feet, open hearts, dancing, laughing, old friends, new friends and complete strangers who somehow don’t feel like strangers for very long. 🌿✨

There’s something so special about being somewhere you can simply BE. No pretending. No judgement. Just people coming together exactly as they are.

But amongst all the fun, this weekend also meant something incredibly personal to me.

For the third year, I have the absolute honour of holding space at Love Herder and sharing my story. My real story. My life, my addiction, my recovery and everything that came with it and what life is like now ✨💕☮️🦋✨ blessed

There was a time when I carried so much shame and guilt around my past. Today I can stand in front of a room and tell my truth without hiding any of it to be seen to be heard ✨🦋✨

Because if sharing where I’ve been helps even ONE person believe that a new way of life is possible, then I will keep telling it. showing up exactly as i am 💚

Recovery is possible.
Change is possible.
A completely different life is possible. ❤️

Thank you from my heart to every single person who came to my workshop, who listened, shared, cried, laughed and allowed themselves to be vulnerable with me. We finished our time together with a beautiful sound bath, and it felt like the perfect way to close such a powerful space. 🙏🏼✨

And thank you Love Herder LoveHerder "Getting High on Life" for trusting me and inviting me back for another year Debs Lumin-Essence 🦋💕. What has been created here is so much more than a festival — it’s a community. A place for connection, acceptance, freedom, healing and a whole lot of LOVE.

And to my bestie… I am SO bloody proud of you. 💗

To everyone behind the scenes who gives their time, energy and heart to make this happen — I see you. What you’ve created is very special, and I feel genuinely grateful to be a tiny part of it.
