All that is required is a desire to improve your health and wellbeing through yoga practices. If you have any specific needs please contact me first so I can advise you on how your practice can be adapted to meet your individual requirements. Throughout my 15 years experience as a yoga teacher and therapist I have developed a unique and innovative practice. I have observed how my students respond to the different yoga practices and I have learnt what works best and is most effective in improving health and wellbeing for my students. The focus is very much on the practical benefits of the yoga techniques to help you maintain and improve an all round level of fitness, flexibility and strength. A wide range of equipment can be used to support you in your postures. This allows you to relax as much as possible but also makes the practice more individual and relevant to your specific needs and requirements. People with a wide range of conditions have been to class over the years and had many positive experiences. This includes a reduction in their symptoms, an improvement in overall wellbeing and an improved ability to relax and listen to the body's messages. Face to face classes take place in Prestwich at Creative Calm Yoga Studio, and The Ramsbottom Centre throughout the week and also over zoom. 1-2-1 sessions are available face to face and over zoom.
