Sakoon Mind is a Mental Health and Wellness charity that specializes in the South Asian community but people from all cultures and faiths are more than welcome. Our vision at Sakoon Mind is to help and educate people about different types of Mental Health. We want to teach that when Mental Health starts to affect you emotionally, psychologically and socially what tools and techniques are available

out there that can help you change your day to day living and live a more fulfilling life. We will be bringing in professionals from the mental health and wellness side of things, who will come and teach physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, social, vocational, financial and environmental to help better their lives.

Mental Health Week Theme ACTION

We are so grateful and thankful lanarkshire Muslim Women and Family Alliance for inviting us to there Event Tai-chi to Arts crafts Action for ourself we felt so calm and relaxed lots yummy pakoras and Chaiโ˜•๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ

Little daily actions can gently rebuild resilience, restore hope, and remind us that we can overcome challenges along the way.
A self-care day or even a self-care hour in the evening can make a real difference.

A moment of daily gratitude
A quiet walk in nature
A favourite cup of coffee and a chat with a friend
A calming art and creativity hour

These are small loving actions we can take for ourselves.
