They have been an approved provider for Wiltshire Council for 20 years and we are a sub-contractor for Wiltshire Councils ‘Help to Live at Home’ scheme, a flagship Social Care service. The agency provides all aspects of personal care to vulnerable adults as well as preparing meals, shopping, and other light domestic tasks. We can also assist with and advise on applying for Direct Payments from Wiltshire Council. Direct Payments allow clients to have the cost of their care, if they are funded by the council, paid directly into their bank accounts. They can then choose which agency they would like to provide their care instead of having to use one the council chooses. When choosing an agency, you should consider the following:
