*BREAST SCREENING*

The breast screening van comes to Goole once every 3 years and they will be inviting all of our eligible patients to attend from mid-June. Appointment letters will be going out soon.
Breast screening saves 1,300 lives each year- if you receive a letter, please book an appointment.

We won!! 🏆 🙌🏻
Huge congratulations to the surgery team for winning the ‘Primary Care Teaching Award’ at the Hull York Medical School Teaching Excellence Awards held last week.
This is a huge honour for the Practice, and thanks must go to everyone in the surgery to make the medical students’ training experience with us enjoyable and rewarding. Thank you to the patients too, who are happy to attend a student appointment when offered.

Hull York Medical School Awards

We are delighted to let you know we have received the following nominations for the WHOLE PRACTICE TEAM by the medical students that we have from HYMS Medical School:

Administrative Excellence Award
Primary Care Teaching Award

Dr Wildgoose and Chloe Constantinou (Physicians Associate) have also both been nominated in two categories (Primary Care Teaching Award and PA Teaching Award).

Dr Dan James (one of our GP Registrars) has also been nominated for an Award in Secondary Care Teaching.

The awards take place next Thursday- good luck to everyone!
