Do you cleanse your crystals TOO MUCH? 🚨

Soooo many people do, but if you want to get the best out of them, it’s best not to ‘over cleanse’ them

Never cleanse a crystal daily as you’re removing the ‘good energy’ from that crystal

Crystals have structures within them that carry energy, and over time they will take in good energy AND bad energy.

It’s good practice to only cleanse your crystals once a month, or when you feel the energy within that Crystal has gone stagnant or the crystal has stopped helping you 😌🔮✨

I chose selenite/satin spar as its self cleansing, helps to purify the vibrations within the home space and cleanse peoples energy within it.
