THE ABRAHAMIC FAMILY HOUSE: Inaugurated on 16 February 2023 in Abu Dhabi, the Abrahamic Family House is a unique attempt at inter-faith dialogue between the world’s three monotheistic religions. Three cube shaped houses of worship representing Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, come together to celebrate unity in diversity. Although the project does not include every religion or philosophy, it clearly states that humans are free to follow their heart when it comes to matters of faith.
DOCUMENT ON HUMAN FRATERNITY:
-Freedom is a right of every person: each individual enjoys the freedom of belief, thought, expression and action. The pluralism and the diversity of religions, colour, s*x, race and language are willed by God in His wisdom, through which He created human beings. This divine wisdom is the source from which the right to freedom of belief and the freedom to be different derives. Therefore, the fact that people are forced to adhere to a certain religion or culture must be rejected, as too the imposition of a cultural way of life that others do not accept. -
The fact that the architect chose a cube as the main symbol for each religion speaks volumes. Although the houses of worship are slightly different, on a fundamental level, they are exactly the same. This ‘sameness’ also applies to Yahweh, God, and Allah.
If we go a step further, then all three Houses of Worship, religions, and their respective understanding of the Most High are not only the same, but directly trace their roots to Stellar Theology, and the sun in particular.
Solar worship can be found at the heart of the Abrahamic faiths. The cube is a symbol of the sun.
