Before I come to see you, there’s one question I always ask: “Have you been using any olive oil?”

Softening ear wax beforehand ensures wax can be removed easily, which means a quicker and more comfortable appointment for you.

Before your appointment, here’s what I recommend:

💧 A few drops of olive oil
📅 5-7 days beforehand
⏰ Twice a day (or just at night if you wear hearing aids)

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science and an MSc in Physician Associate Studies. I worked in a busy GP practice for several years and alongside my healthcare background, l have completed specialist training in safe ear wax removal. 👂
