This comes with a very big thank you 🙏 to all my gorgeous members for making our fabulous GOLD 🏆🏆🏆🏆 and EMERALD 💚 AWARD winning Slimming World at Caerwent Village Hall with Rachel group the successful group it is 🤗 and for supporting me each week to maintain my own Target 🎯 weight for 7 years after losing 3 STONE 7lb 💃🥳

Yaaay!!…🥳 my lovely members at Slimming World at Caerwent Village Hall with Rachel have continued to smash 💥it with another fabulous weight loss of 6️⃣ STONE 3️⃣lb this week 🤩 making a total of 2️⃣4️⃣ STONE 3️⃣.5️⃣lb so far this month. 🥳

YESSS!! That’s the POWER of Food Optimising with Slimming World ❤️

We also celebrated 1️⃣0️⃣ fabulous awards with a special mention to our lovely Target 🎯 member Tracey in the 3:30pm session, who achieved her DIAMOND 💎 Award having lost 3️⃣ STONE 2️⃣lb and maintaining her dream 💭 weight for over a year. 💃

Tracey joined in August 2024 and achieved her Target 🎯 weight in March 2025 after just 8 months despite being away for 4 months with a broken ankle 😬….and on her return she had lost another 1️⃣ Stone 0️⃣.5️⃣lb….bagging her 1️⃣.5️⃣ Stone Award AND her 2️⃣Stone award in one fell swoop much to her great delight 😃…and the delight and cheers 👋 of us all!! 🤩.

Tracey shared how her life has been transformed having dropped 3 dress 👗 sizes and how she loves being so much fitter with much more energy and confidence. She’s loving doing things that she never thought possible before she lost weight …and she’s looking and feeling absolutely amazing 🤩!!

Oooh!! Super excited and so VERY PROUD 🤩 to share this fabulous news 📣📣📣📣, especially as we approach Men's Health Week supporting all men to become healthier ❤️ and fitter 💪🏻 and happier 😃 in life.

Our gorgeous Target 🎯 member Graham who has lost 4️⃣ STONE 3️⃣.5️⃣lb (27.5kg) and who won 🏆 our Caerwent Slimming World ‘Man of the Year 2026’ 🕺competition in the 5:30pm session has made it to through to the Semi & National Finals at Slimming World HQ…aka the ‘Sparkly Castle 🏰’ on July 5th 🤩🕺!!

How fantastic is that….🥳 …yet another SUCCESS 🤩 for our multi-award 🏆🏆💚🏆🏆 winning group and such an inspiration and motivation to us all. 🤩

Wishing you the very best of luck 🍀 Graham…whilst you are already a winner 🏆 in our eyes 👀….and of course…a winner in life ❤️ now that you are slim for life ….for the rest of your life!! 🕺

If you’re a guy 🕺who’d love 💕 to lose weight without ever going hungry and maybe feeling shy or embarrassed to come along to a slimming group, or even contemplating or taking weight loss medication, you could be just as successful as Graham and the many other gorgeous guys we have in our group. 🕺

And the Summer 😎🌞 promotion begins❤️🤗!!

I just love 💕 community events and getting out and about chatting to anyone and everyone 😂 and spreading the
Slimming World love ❤️ in our locality and what a beautiful sunny ☀️ day for the Shirenewton Fete.

Fab to see the gorgeous guys from The Carpenters Arms were serving Jacket Potatoes 🥔 😋 ….just perfect for us slimmers …alongside their burgers 🍔 !!

Was lovely to meet a few past and present members and the wonderful Chepstow Coastguard Volunteers Nanny, Rich and Tom who come to our rescue 🛟 on the water with our gorgeous member Graham Wilson 🤗.

Finished off by placing a poster on the A48 in Caerwent and locating my A-Frame at the The Rock and Fountain Inn 🍻 where they serve 0% Heineken 🍻 on tap so perfect for a pit stop and a refreshing pint 🍺 after a walk!! (Yes!! I’ve ditched the alcohol and enjoying all the 0% drinks I can find!! 😂).

Leafleting tomorrow in Caerwent ….and a big thank you 🙏 to my members and legion of leaflet helpers, you are all Superstars 🤩 and I can’t thank you enough…as that leaflet landing on someone’s doormat could be the sign they are waiting for ….and even change a life!! ❤️
