Your astrology chart isn’t a personality test.
It’s a conversation with your higher self.

We came here to have a human experience. And your higher self - the part of you that exists beyond this lifetime - already knew what it wanted to learn, what it wanted to feel, what it came here to resolve.

Your human self doesn’t remember this…

Which is why life can feel so confusing.
Why something painful can feel like proof you’re doing it wrong.

But when you look at your chart, that confusion starts to shift.

For me-
Chiron in Ta**us- No wonder the relationship with my body was hard.
Saturn in the 11th. No wonder I often find it hard being in groups.
(Of course there’s much more nuance- these are top line notes)

Essentially- You chose the curriculum.

Your chart illuminates your path. And when you can see the pattern, you stop fighting the experience - and start working with it.

That’s not spiritual bypassing.
That’s self-knowledge.
Stop thinking you’re doing life wrong.

You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be - even when it’s hard.

Must pose when you see angel wings 🪽 🤩

This was on a day trip out with my son Leo who’s now 8. I’ve started exploring his numerology with him- about how each number has a different vibration like when you play different notes on the piano.

Each has a resonance to a different part of our body (chakra)

He’s a soul 5 so that at least partly explains why he can’t sit still even for a minute. He’s a gift 8 which also partly explains why I feel so abundant around him- I felt it when I was pregnant with him too. I have a challenged 8 so it’s like he completes my circuits.

Human Design also shows this as when you overlay our charts to create a composite, every centre is connected.

He’s also in the same 7 year cycle as me- the Relationship cycle connected with the sacral- he moves into the belief cycle with his birthday in August. So we’re working through similar themes- I’m just 6 spirals deeper than he is.

Developmental Psychology was one of my favourite units at university so now layering on the numerology and 7 year cycle insights is fascinating.

Ultimately it helps me to parent him in a way that enables him to be fully himself and to meet him in his challenges with compassion and deeper understanding.

If nothing else, all the studying was worth it just for that alone.

I’ve been quiet for a while.

Not disappeared - just somewhere else for a bit.

The last few years have been one long initiation I didn’t choose but also, at some level, clearly did.

Cancer at 39. Surgery. Chemo. Then the slow, strange work of rebuilding a self that doesn’t recognise the old blueprint anymore. A lot of Inner work. Like a LOT. I’d almost forgotten about the outer work.

And now, at 43, I’m standing at what I can only describe as a threshold.

Everything is pointing to it - the astrology, the numerology, something in my body that I’ve learned to actually listen to.

I’ve just stepped into a new 7-year cycle, a new personal year, and something that went underground during all the stripping back is - cautiously, quietly - beginning to come forward again.

I’m not sure I have a neat way to wrap this up.
I’m not on the other side yet.
I’m right in the middle of it.

But I think that’s actually the point of what I do. It’s not about the final polished version or “share from the scar, not the wound” 😳

It’s the bit where you’re standing at the edge of what’s next and you can feel it’s significant, even if you can’t name it yet.

I realised I didn’t need more information. I needed integration. That’s what led me to create COSMICOLOGY.

At its heart, COSMICOLOGY brings together three things:

✨ Psychology - how your mind, emotions and patterns are shaped
✨ Astrology - the timing, cycles and symbolic language of your life
✨ Physiology - your nervous system, energy, body and lived experience

Yes essentially it's a way of bringing together the Mind/Body/Spirit, using Human Design, Numerology, Astrology, Physiology, Psychology... all the 'ologies' hence the name.

What it offers is deep insight into who you truly are

Who you are when you take off the masks of the roles you play and the people pleasing aspect most of us have learnt.

One part of your chart at a time. One revelation at a time.

In a way that allows for proper digestion rather than the way we can sometimes collect information but not actually use it - the equivalent of buying books and letting them gather dust on the shelf (guilty here!!)

I worked with a virtual PT recently- keeping track of my diet, exercise, steps and overall health. The daily support and accountability on the app and WhatsApp makes all the difference. Small incremental shifts.

I believe we need to take a similar approach to our mental, spiritual and purpose-driven health…

Living your purpose, feeling fulfilled, making the impact you want to make doesn’t just happen, it takes intentionality the same as the work I’ve been doing with my physical fitness.

There is a reason why I’ve not taken a safe role in marketing even though the idea has presented itself more than a few times. I finished as Head of Marketing for a brilliant startup in October 2024… and knew that would be my last role as an employee (nothing wrong with it, just not for me).

This is the work I’m truly here to do - to work with the change makers- the ones who know they are here to be leaders and do things differently, who understand that we didn’t end up on earth at this time, with this family and these experiences by chance.

I don’t do surface level.
I don’t do things because they are on trend
I don’t know what’s on trend 😆

COSMICOLOGY is the combination of:

It’s a magazine and a community

If like me, you’re fed up with Chat GPT telling you:

🗣️ ‘You’re not broken, you’re becoming’

Essentially like an adult saying to a child ‘good job!’

Lines we’d probably not actually say in real life,

Then it’s time to pause.

To step away from the noise

- the noise that doesn’t actually help us grow & evolve.

I’ve been working on something for the last year+ through a deep slow journey of inner work, healing, self-discovery.

All whilst experiencing perimenopause, various CT, MRI, blood and PET scans, infertility, the daily school run, and finally processing old held trauma - often through intense dreams where I’d wake up feeling more emotionally drained than I’d gone to bed.

… after all that, I’m very s.l.o.w.l.y starting to emerge.

I was /am totally guilty of chasing the next trend or thing… of searching externally for an answer that could only truly come from within.

Before my cancer diagnosis I loved astrology and self-development, but I didn’t realise its true power. I just kept absorbing more info.

After chemo and being forced to fully slow down on all aspects I realised that it was time to stop simply surfing the waves of information and put on my scuba gear and go diving into the depths (I am a PADI Divemaster so the metaphor seems apt)

What I found was by slowing down and really going deep into each aspect, I actually was able to fully apply the insights in everyday life.

I understood how I’m designed to work, the type of work I want to do, and to embrace my naturally cyclical nature. I’m not consistent in doing the same things each day/week/month, but I’m damn consistent in my values, beliefs and conviction in the power of this work, which is how I reached the 7 year anniversary of starting my business last year.

This is the essence of my new offering COSMOLOGY… more coming…

*note- I’m not anti-AI at all. I use it a lot. It just requires a lot of discernment to be used in a way that doesn’t just encourage fancy-sounding procrastination. I also stopped using it for website , social and email content as it’s all starting to sound the same

I took Leo for his first wind tunnel experience as a Christmas present rather than buying more stuff. Of course I had to have another go too 😉

I love the feeling of air rushing past.
I have done solo skydives before but not sure I’m brave enough to do now (university skydive club!)

Learning how just a small move of one arm or leg changes your direction is really cool.

Probably a good thing we don’t live very close to a wind tunnel or I’d be there all the time!

I recently found out I share the exact same Moon placement as Elvis.

2° Pisces.
3rd house.
Gate 55.3 in Human Design.

This is the Moon that feels deeply and needs an outlet.
Emotion wants movement.
Voice.
Expression.

Gate 55 carries a longing for freedom - emotional, creative, soulful.

When feelings are expressed, there’s space to breathe.
When they’re held in, the body carries the weight.

When I listen to Elvis’s music, I feel it in my body.
A deep resonance.
Something alchemical.
As if emotion is being moved, not explained.

For years, I learned to be composed.
Capable.
To keep going.

But unexpressed emotion doesn’t disappear.
It finds another route.

For me, cancer became a turning point.
A moment where my body spoke what my voice hadn’t.
A call for freedom from suppression.
From swallowing feeling.
From holding it all together.

This Moon isn’t meant to be managed.
It’s meant to be expressed.

Healing wasn’t about fixing myself.
It was about letting emotion move.

Freedom, it turns out, lives in expression.

In prepping for an 8 minute talk I’m giving titled
“Cancer is Not The Enemy”
in February, so many insights are coming through
as I activate this placement and allow
it to express.
It might be emotional and messy, and that’s ok.
