To help us keep appointments running smoothly and ensure availability for everyone, we have updated our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee
• Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will incur a 100% fee

We completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and whenever possible we kindly ask for as much notice as you can provide so we can offer the appointment to another client.
