Imagine a portal gently opening… and as you step through, you're welcomed into a realm where traders, readers, and healers gather under one roof. A place where time slows, and you’re free to browse beautiful, handcrafted wares, receive spiritual guidance, or simply soak in the energy of the day. We created this space to unite local communities in a safe, nurturing, and magickal environment — where

everyone is welcome, and every gathering offers something new for the soul. When the Fayre comes to Cambridge, your admission also includes access to inspiring talks from members of the spiritual community, sharing how they work holistically to support well-being, healing, and connection. In addition to the fayres, we also host beautiful Psychic Mediumship Nights, where I’m joined by gifted guest mediums to bring through heartfelt messages and wisdom from Spirit.

Something a little different amongst our readers this September...

Joining us at the Autumn Fayre is Divinology, bringing the fascinating art of palmistry to Soulful Gatherings.

With many years spent studying the lines, shapes and features of the hands, Divinology uses palmistry as a way of helping people explore themselves, gain greater self-knowledge and perhaps see their path from a different perspective.

Alongside palmistry, they are also clairvoyant and mediumistic, with a background in crystal energy practice having qualified in 2011.

If you've always wondered what the story held within your hands might reveal, this is your opportunity to find out.

AUTUMN TRADER INTRODUCTION – INNERPEACECRYSTALS

There is something refreshingly down to earth about Andrew and Wendy from InnerPeaceCrystals.

A small home-based business run by the couple, InnerPeaceCrystals grew from their own experiences with crystals and the sense of peace they found along the way. Even the name came to them in a dream.

They aren't interested in overpromising or pretending to be something they're not. As they put it themselves: We are not gurus. We are not healers. We are just two people who found peace with a little help from the stones.

Their collection includes natural crystals, gemstones, jewellery, incense and spiritual gifts, all hand-selected, ethically sourced and chosen with care.

They're building their business slowly through markets, festivals and online, and we're delighted to have them joining us at Soulful Gatherings this September.

Come and have a browse, have a chat and perhaps find the stone that speaks to you.

AUTUMN READER INTRODUCTION – ALACRITAS INTUITIVE COACHING

Joining us this September is Carrol from Alacritas Intuitive Coaching, an intuitive channel, medium and healer with a fascinating mix of influences behind her work.

Carrol brings together 30 years of experience within social care and psychotherapy with her own Celtic, Taoist and African heritage, alongside many years of working intuitively and with altered states of consciousness.

Her readings aren't limited to one particular method. Depending on what unfolds, Carrol may draw upon Tarot, mediumship, numerology, astrology and shamanic practices, sometimes working with tools such as her trusted Tarot deck, rattle and Chinese fortune-telling sticks, and sometimes working entirely through channelled guidance.

She describes her approach as ethical, grounded in life experience and guided by a wonderfully eclectic ancestral connection.

AUTUMN TRADER INTRODUCTION – EARTH CONNECTION CACAO

Joining us this September is Joe, founder of Earth Connection Cacao, bringing ceremonial cacao sourced from Guatemala to the Soulful Gatherings Autumn Fayre.
Earth Connection Cacao was founded with a commitment to honouring the people and the land from which the cacao comes, while promoting ethical sourcing, intentional use and preserving its traditions for future generations.

On the day, Joe will have full and half blocks of ceremonial cacao available to buy, as well as samples for those who are curious and would like to discover it for themselves.

A lovely fit for an Autumn gathering rooted in the land, the harvest and the strength within.

RUNE READER, PALM READER & FOLKLORE TRADERS WANTED

I’m looking for a rune reader or palm reader, together with a few more folklore-inspired traders, for the Winter Folklore Fayre on Saturday 21 November, 10.30am–4pm, at Townley Memorial Hall in Fulbourn, Cambridge. Indoor pitches are £45, outdoor gazebo pitches are £55, and professional insurance is required.

Tarot, oracle and tea-leaf reading are already represented, so I’m specifically looking for a rune reader or palm reader to bring something different to the reader line-up.

I would also love to hear from traders offering:

• Folklore-inspired art and handmade creations
• Traditional crafts or heritage skills
• Woodwork, willow, leather or textiles
• Herbal, botanical or nature-based products
• Pagan, witchcraft or earth-based items
• Unusual seasonal gifts
• Relevant books or independent publishing

This is a curated folklore and wellbeing gathering rather than a general Christmas market. I’m particularly interested in distinctive businesses whose work connects with folklore, the natural world, traditional craft or seasonal living.

THE WISH TREE

I took this photograph of an old willow on a misty morning many years ago. It has always been one of those images I've loved, and it felt rather fitting for something I'm creating at Soulful Gatherings this September.

Amongst the traders, readers, therapies and all the things to discover around the fayre, there will be a quieter invitation waiting for you too.

The Wish Tree.

Take a moment to write a wish, a hope, an intention, or simply something you'd like to send out into the world, and add it to our growing collection of wishes.

No ceremony. No rules. Nothing to buy.

Just a small moment to stop in the middle of a busy day and leave a little something behind.

As the day unfolds, the wishes will gather, each one becoming part of something created by everyone who chooses to take part.

It's another little piece of how Soulful Gatherings is evolving. I want these days to be about more than simply walking around a hall of stalls. I want there to be things to discover, moments to experience and reasons to wander.

Today’s Autumn Trader introduction is Campbell Crafts.

Joining us again this September, Campbell Crafts is a traditional craftsman from Banham who creates his work from recycled pallets and reclaimed wood.
His handcrafted pieces are inspired by nature and folklore, including owls, hares, wolves and other spiritual designs. Each one transforms discarded wood into something distinctive for the home or garden.

You’ll find Campbell Crafts outside in our Courtyard Market, right next to the main hall. I’m looking forward to welcoming him back and seeing what he brings with him this autumn.
