I AM a runner. I AM an Artist. Some titles we can give ourselves and step into those identities letting go of the fear of judgement.
Some titles must be earned through study, experiential learning and integrity.
Not the most aesthetically pleasing video on the grid 🤣 but I’m trying to stay with what is important here and for me that’s a practice of letting go and honesty. We work hard. We sweat. We are human. This is about running… this is absolutely not about running 🤣 .official

Anyone else find the disruption to routine untethering?! So much learning work to do this summer but I have to intersperse the academic with the inner work. I have to move, create, explore, be in nature, hydrate continuously and listen to so much focus music before I can even get started. Tell me it’s not just me?!

Does anyone else ever feel bombarded by videos online from people telling you that what you thought before was all wrong and claiming to have the answers. This usually has me going into a classic shame spiral 🌀 of trying to double down on “what I know to be true”. But what even is truth?! Philosophical I know… and just as my brain feels like it might explode, I anchor myself with “it’s ok not to know”. We welcome our clients with an openness and non judgmental curiosity and I try to move through the world in the same way. Any other recommendations on this topic please?
