We’re delighted to share that Cloud Nine Community Choir, Eclipse Vocal Group and friends are holding a special Summer Solstice Concert in support of Turtle Dove Cambridge on Saturday 21st June at 6pm.

This promises to be a wonderful evening of music, community and celebration, and we are incredibly grateful that all profits from the concert will be donated to Turtle Dove, helping us continue our work supporting and empowering young women aged 14–24 across Cambridge.

If you're looking for a lovely way to spend a summer evening, we'd love for you to come along. And if you can't make it, please consider sharing this event with your friends, family and local networks.

Next Monday we have our first Singing Mamas Ely session. All women are welcome, with or without little ones, at this friendly, relaxed singing group. Whether you are a new mum, seasoned mum, grandmother, or a woman without children who just enjoys being around other women and children there is a place for you at Singing Mamas. Babies, toddlers, preschoolers and home educated children all welcome to attend with you. Or come on your own.

Singing Mamas is not just another baby group. We are not a choir. Your wellbeing is the focus. No sheet music, no pressure. Just singing simple songs to connect, to breathe and to have fun. Followed by a cuppa and time to chat 😊

If you’re looking for a fun baby class Singing Mamas offers a soothing, sensory experience for your little ones. There is space to play, toys available and children love listening to the singing. If you’re looking for a class that is good for you, where everyone knows your name and you are not just ‘mum’, then Singing Mamas is the space for you.

You don’t need any experience of group singing to join. We learn simple songs taught by ear. We sing for connection not perfection. Singing has so many benefits to your health and wellbeing. I heard about this course this week and I’m sharing the info here as I was so impressed. Please take time to look at this link if you have a moment- there’s a few courses available and the content is very good and helpful to all new parents. You’ll need to register but it only takes a moment and then you can access all the courses.

Welcoming a new baby can be a really exciting time, but it’s also one of the biggest changes you and your partner will experience together. It’s completely normal to feel tired, overwhelmed, and even argue more than usual.
Me, You and Baby Too is a free online course designed to support couples through this transition. With short videos and animations, it offers practical tips to help you feel more confident and connected as you become parents.
You’ll learn about what your baby can sense (even before they’re born), why it’s important to share stress, how to support each other, what can trigger arguments, and ways to manage and prevent them.

I need your help 🤍

I’m looking to speak to 5 pregnant women who are:
• over 35 years old
• between 20–34 weeks pregnant

I’m doing some research into the real concerns, questions and pressures women are navigating during pregnancy and birth, especially women over 35 years old. This will help me hugely with something I'm currently working on.

In exchange for 5 to 10 minutes of your time answering a few questions, I’d love to offer you a complimentary 20-minute Pregnancy & Birth coaching call with me.

A space to ask questions, talk through worries, feel more informed and gain personalised support for your own birth preparation.
