No rushing home, just another day of seaside walks, cuppas and enjoying the moment. Sometimes you just have to say why not? 🥰☕️

Although I’ll be back in time to get ready for Summer Soul Reset Event this Saturday 15th August at Cottenham Village Hall! 🌿✨

🌊 Sunday evening by the sea 🌊

A beach walk, finding hag stones, pebble bombing and simply being. 🪨✨

No rushing. No lists. Just fresh air, waves and a little reset. 🤍

And feeling SO grateful tonight. 🥹 The interest in the Sage & Soul 2027 dates has completely blown me away — so many of you have already signed up!

My heart is full. 🌿✨

I’m currently away for the weekend, by the seaside, with sandy toes, sea air and absolutely no intention of rushing anywhere. 💙

This weekend is all about switching off, slowing down and recharging those batteries… because next weekend it’s time for another Sage & Soul Summer Soul Reset Event! 🌿✨

And I honestly can’t believe it’s only ONE WEEK TO GO! 😍

Friday feeling… 🌊🤍

My happy place. By the beach 😊💛

There’s something about the sound of the waves, the salty sea air, and sand beneath my feet that reminds me to slow down, breathe, and simply be.

After a busy week, it’s time to switch off, recharge, and soak up a little peace.
