For over 17 years, Level Health has worked within NHS primary care, delivering musculoskeletal services alongside GP practices and primary care teams 🧑‍⚕️👩🏼‍⚕️
👉🏽What started in 2009 has developed into an integrated approach spanning physiotherapy, First Contact Practitioner services, orthopaedic triage, injection therapy, rehabilitation and education.
But our focus has remained the same: the right care, at the right time, in the right place — with the patient at the centre 🎯
Our experience within primary care, commitment to developing clinicians and focus on evidence-based, whole-person care continue to shape how we support patients and NHS partners today.

A team meeting with a slightly better view than usual… ☀️🌊

Last month’s PLT gave us the chance to step away from clinic, get outdoors and spend some quality time together as a team.

A bit of walking, plenty of sunshine and a well-earned stop at the end 🍻

It’s important to make time for the team behind the care too 💜

👀 Neck pain is common, and so are the myths around it.

‼️📢 A lot of people are told to rest, avoid movement, or worry that something is seriously wrong. In reality, most neck pain is not linked to serious damage and responds well to the right approach.

💪🏽Understanding what’s actually going on can help reduce fear and get you moving in the right direction.➡️ Movement, not avoidance, is often key.

Save this for when you need it ✔️

‼️ Pain on the outside of your hip may be Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome (GTPS), a common cause of lateral hip pain

➡️ It’s often linked to irritation of the gluteal tendons and surrounding structures, and can be related to overload, weakness, or movement changes

😖 Typical symptoms include outer hip pain, pain when lying on that side, and discomfort with walking, running or stairs

💪🏽 At Level Health, we use a structured physiotherapy approach to reduce symptoms, improve load tolerance, and rebuild strength.

Part 2 will covers simple exercises to help manage this ✔️ Save this video and follow us to find out more 📢

😩 Back pain is one of the most common issues we see, and also one of the most misunderstood.

⚠️ A lot of what people are told about backs and pain simply isn’t accurate, which can lead to unnecessary fear and avoidance of movement.

💪🏽 The good news? Most backs are strong, adaptable, and respond really well to the right kind of movement and loading over time.

😌 If you’re dealing with back pain, staying informed (not fearful) is a key part of recovery.

Tennis elbow can be persistent and frustrating — especially when it limits training, work, or everyday movement.

These simple banded exercises are commonly used in physiotherapy to help build forearm strength, improve load tolerance, and support recovery over time.

At Level Health, we now operate as an NHS-referred physiotherapy service, supporting patients with evidence-based treatment and structured rehabilitation plans.

Save this and use it as part of your rehab journey ✔️
