We can find so many teachings and lessons in Nature

❄️ Winter ❄️ often feels endless with the grey skies and cold impacting our energy and mood; even with the knowledge that seasonal weather is essential for life.

Recently, I was inspired by the cheerful and persistent song of our local robin, who sang undeterred despite the gloomy weather. It reminded me that I have the power to choose how I respond to different circumstances and situations.

Rather than letting the grey, damp, and cold get to me, I practiced breathing, moving, and smiling. Instantly, I felt lighter and more at ease; I completed my tasks and slept well that night!

I can honestly say that practising QiGong and Forest Bathing has taught me how to choose my responses. The positive impact on my wellbeing has been incredible, which is why I enjoy sharing these practices with anyone interested in finding the confidence and strength to make the right choices for themselves!

Why not give either (or both) a try?
I hold:
☯️ Weekly QiGong classes in Raydon, Burstall, Sproughton & Capel St Mary.
☯️ There are, during February, QiGong Taster sessions in Burstall on Wednesday evenings.
🌳 3 Forest Bathing sessions a month

As we step into the third week of January, it’s a good time to pause and reflect on how well you are nurturing your own self-care.

☯️ QiGong and 🌳 Forest Bathing are wonderful practices for nurturing the body, mind and spirit.

Both offer easy additions to your daily routine, without the need for special equipment, clothing or extra time, yet they can noticeably improve your day, week, and overall wellbeing.

Why not come along to an upcoming QiGong class or Taster or join a Forest Bathing session to find out how the practices can blend into your life?

Weekly ☯️ QiGong Classes are held in Raydon, Burstall, Sproughton and Capel St Mary.
🌳 Forest Bathing Sessions are held 3 times a months in a private woodland near Hadleigh.
