Congratulations to Hosam, our well-deserved Carer of the Month!
Hosam consistently demonstrates genuine empathy, compassion and dedication in his care practice. His values and inspiration are a high priority to him, and this is reflected in the way he builds positive relationships and advocates for the children he supports.
Hosam has worked consistently with one child, day in and day out, developing a strong understanding of their individual needs, communication and preferences. He actively promotes the child’s voice, choice and control, ensuring they are given opportunities to express themselves, make decisions and have an active role in their own support.
He also goes above and beyond to encourage the development of independence and daily living skills, particularly when supporting the child in the community. His patience, consistency and person-centred approach help the child build confidence and develop skills at their own pace.
Hosam is an excellent example of how empathy, advocacy and commitment can make a meaningful difference to the life of the child we support. His dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are delighted to recognise his hard work this month.
