Hello! I'm Beth, the face behind The Early-Stage Dementia Group. 👋

I'm a Mum a wife and a keeper of multiple animals!

My work background is varied and includes more than 10 years in Dementia care, in care homes with young onset, palliative, in the community and everything in-between.

After the diagnosis of a close family member, I started looking for clubs that catered for early stage but couldn't find anything that suited us, so, the Early Stage Dementia Club was born! 🌟

I quickly wanted to offer more help for people living with the early-stages of Dementia and cognitive impairment, so I undertook Cognitive Stimulation Therapy training!

I now offer Cognitive Stimulation Therapy sessions in Cardigan!

Looking for a venue to hold Cognitive Stimulation Therapy sessions.
Requirements are....
✅Available on a Saturday Morning 9-10:30 from the 20th June
✅ Disabled access and disabled toilets
✅ Preferably a room not a hall.
✅ Tea and coffe facilities/kettle.
✅ In or close to Cardigan
