Join us in June as we explore Fresh Perspectives on food, habits, mindset, and success. Through open conversations, thoughtful questions, and shared experiences, we'll challenge assumptions, spark curiosity, and uncover new insights that can inspire lasting change.

Holidays are meant to be enjoyed — and supporting your wellbeing journey doesn’t have to stop while you’re away. In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to Holiday Mode and explore how it can help create flexibility, balance and confidence throughout your holiday experience.

Join me tomorrow at New Waterton from 10am where through reflection and conversation, you’ll define what success looks like for you while away and discover ways to enjoy your break while still feeling supported and in control.

Together, we’ll focus on flexible strategies that help you feel strong, supported, and confident in every season of your journey.

You can’t pour from an empty cup and making time for what lights you up isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. This week’s workshop, Make Time For What You Enjoy, is all about rediscovering the activities and moments that bring you joy, meaning and energy. Learn practical techniques to prioritise what makes you feel good, boost happiness, and keep yourself firmly on your own priority list.

Join us at New Waterton at. 8am or 9.30am tomorrow to reflect, recharge, and explore how you can care for yourself physically, mentally and emotionally, because you matter too.
