My Dad ….. 💔💔
John Blanche the legend of Games Workshop fantasy art who inspired so many with his talent, unique magic & endless imagination!
You inspired me personally in so many ways but not just with your artistic talent. You inspired me with your kind, gentle, generous nature, your love & care for animals especially cats, your passion for electronic music & the Detroit techno tracks you listened to that seemed to span for hours whilst you were lost in your painting, the silly faces & voices you would put on to make me laugh & my sons too after that, you read to me, drew with me & made upside down sofa dens for me, you came to my first flat when I moved in & taught me how to cook spaghetti bolognese, you had an amazing eye for fashion & spent hours shopping for clothes with me when I was a teenager, you taught me so much about life, but most of all you taught me to believe in myself, you told me I could be anything I wanted to be & I believed you!!!
You were THE BEST DAD EVER!!! It is a such a huge loss & you will be so missed by so many!
I take great comfort from reading all the wonderful posts & comments about you posted online today, you touched so many peoples lives in so many ways!
