When most people think of pain relief, they think of medication, massage or physiotherapy.

But did you know that Reiki can also be a wonderful support when you’re recovering from an injury or living with pain?

✨ Reiki works by encouraging deep relaxation and helping the body switch out of “stress mode” and into a state where healing can take place, not only more effectively, but also more quickly.

🌿✨ A Little Update from The Healing Touch ✨🌿

I’m excited to share that, hopefully by the end of the summer, I’ll once again be offering Reiki sessions from a dedicated Reiki Room inside my home. 🤍

As many of you know, my daughter is in the process of moving into her own house, and we’re currently busy decorating and getting everything ready for her new adventure. 🏡✨

Once she’s settled into her new home, I’ll be able to reclaim my Reiki Room and create a beautiful healing space once again.

Of course, I’ll keep you all updated as things progress and share photos along the way! 🌙

In the meantime, it’s business as usual from my peaceful healing space, and I still have some availability for next week.
