Joined our group in January, and heads off on his jollies as a Target member 🎯 with a weight loss of 5 stone 9.5 lbs! Not once has he gained weight in all that time; and with (competitive!) determination, has stayed focused, making the necessary changes to succeed, while encouraging everyone else in group along the way.
Take a bow Mr Ian Kellett 👏🏻

It’s all happening! Celebrating our fabulous Nic this morning, who has reached her dream weight and achieved Target, losing 3 stone (and half a pound!) in 30 weeks! She says the best thing about her weight loss is ‘just feeling better; feeling more like me!’ Along with the fact that she no longer suffers with the back and neck pain she had when she joined! Massive wins all round 💪🏼

Huge Congratulations to Geoff, one of my incredible Thursday members, who celebrates achieving his 2.5 stone award today and got to his Target!! 🥳
He thanked the rest of the group for their support; a group he stays to each and every week, making precious time for himself in life’s busyness. But his success is also down to his willingness to make the changes that bring the results. Geoff will be the first to tell you he enjoys his food (like most of us!), but hasn’t had to put his life on hold to achieve this success.
