✨ That familiar ache between your shoulder blades… ✨
It’s almost everyone’s “problem spot”, isn’t it? And there’s a really clear reason why!
Right around your shoulder blade is where three big, powerful muscles, trapezius, rhomboids and latissimus dorsi — all cross over and attach. It’s basically a busy central hub for every movement, posture or load we place on our upper body.
When we sit for long periods, feel stressed, or hold ourselves in the same position, these muscles end up working overtime. They strain, pull against each other, and start to stick together… forming those tight, tender little knots we all know so well.
A knot is simply fibres that have tightened, locked up and lost their flow. But the good news is, they can absolutely be softened and released.
In your session, I work slowly and deeply through these layers, bringing fresh blood flow and helping everything unwind. It’s amazing how much lighter and freer you feel once that tension starts to melt away 🩷💚
