Sharon originally joined us wanting to lose 2 stone… and absolutely SMASHED IT! 👏🏻💪🏻

She then maintained her target for an amazing whole year before deciding she wanted to go further. She reset her target and this week… SHE DID IT AGAIN! 🎉

A fantastic 3½ stone lost and her NEW TARGET smashed! 🥳🏆

You may have heard the screams of excitement from miles around this week when our gorgeous Phyllis stepped on the scales and achieved her Dream Target Weight! 🥳🎉

The whole room absolutely erupted! There were cheers, celebrations, hugs and happy tears as everyone celebrated alongside Phyllis — and what a moment it was! ❤️

Phyllis has worked so hard for this, and she so deserves every single bit of this success. What makes it even more special is that she has achieved her dream just before she jets off to Australia 🇦🇺✈️ — what a way to start your adventure!
