Some days we are proactive and fantastically productive. Some days can be harder and we don't get much done, and that's ok. We aren't meant to be pushing ourselves hard all day everyday.
We need time to rest and rejuvenate.
But don't give up, don't stop working towards your goals!
You'll get there in your own good time. So don't beat yourself up if you need some down time today. Take it as a rest day and get back on it tomorrow when you are feeling better. You've got this
