We are looking for someone with experience in domiciliary care or care coordination who is passionate about delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care.

What we're looking for:
✅ NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
✅ Care coordination/domiciliary care experience
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ Knowledge of safeguarding and CQC requirements
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle where required
✅ Enhanced DBS check
