Evening everyone!
Hope you’ve all managed a little YOU time this weekend.
We’ve been thinking about feedback from the last session so our topic will be ‘symptoms’ this month with an emphasis on sleep. Then a chance to chat in smaller groups as before and ending with a relaxation meditation.
If possible, please can you bring £1-£2 donation to cover refreshments plus some guest speakers are chargeable so if we want them, then we need to start building a mini pot of money to pay for them. We can discuss this in the next session though, so nothing urgent! 😃
Laura and I are really looking forward to seeing you on 22 June. Any questions then please feel free to comment or PM me.
Thank you and hope you all have a good week.
Laura and Julie ❤️

If you couldn’t make last night then the next session is 22 June. Everyone is very welcome. Please keep an eye on my page as I’ll update with topics for the month or let you know if there’s a guest speaker etc.
Take care all and thank you for being such an amazing group!

I’m currently having a wee break away to relax and recharge as been a very busy start to the year. I just wanted to share a bit of nature with you. I’m not a big wildlife fan but this was beautiful this morning! How many birds can you hear?! (Video in comments). I’ve also seen loads of squirrels, and I met a 20 year old Barn owl called Professor. Anyone that knows me knows I don’t set New Year’s resolutions but just to try something new each year. I’ve done three new things just this week and enjoyed them all - raven throwing, axe throwing and then holding an owl. It’s amazing how doing new things can change your mindset, boost your confidence a bit and gets you thinking about other new things to try. I’ve been lucky to go away and do this with friends but even little things we can change when at home or nearby too. Give yourself 5 mins to pause, have a think about doing something different and then make a plan. One client told me recently how they’d swapped hands recently cleaning their teeth and brushing their hair and how it made them giggle. It didn’t have to be anything massive. Let me know if you try anything or plan to, would be great to hear all your ideas.
Hope you all have a restful bank holiday weekend. Take care ❤️

Hey lovely people!
January is done. It’s been very busy in the JGWC headquarters, hence why my social media pages go on the back burner. I’ve gained quite a few younger people recently and we’ve talked lots about a particular part of our brain called the Amygdala, and I thought it would be worth sharing with everyone, as understanding is just as important as the strategies and techniques that we all build.
Hope you’re all implementing some self-care that I always bang on about 😃. Please make sure you rest at some point today, it is soooooo important ❤️
