🔹️When it comes to the gym.....Protein is the 1 word that is mentioned all the time
BUT.....it does more than build muscles
AND....everyone needs it
✅️Builds Muscle- The main job of protein to build muscle and strength. aim for 30-40g per meal and overall 1-1.5g per pound of Bodyweight more depending on the individual
✅️Reduce Food Cravings- protein takes a lot of time to be broken down which makes you feel full for longer. Every meal should have protein and revolve around it
✅️Boost Metabolism- with building muscle more muscle you have better metabolism you have making your body better at burning body fat
✅️Helps with weight loss- your body takes time to breakdown protein and uses more energy burning more calories at the same time
✅️Recovery- a little like Builds Muscle but this is everything. proteins main job is recovery so by your intake your overall body is better at recovering
🔹️Please eat more protein it is vital for weight loss fat loss and longevity
you wont look like a Bodybuilder by eating more protein trust me....I eat loads of protein wanting to be like Dorian Yates but I dont so eat away
