Castlemilk Wellbeing Hub is hosting a community wellbeing fundraiser on Saturday 30 May from 12-4pm, in association with The Gifting Tree, inviting locals to enjoy an uplifting afternoon of relaxation, healing and wellbeing experiences - all for just ยฃ10 entry.

Funds raised will support the Hubโ€™s new menโ€™s group alongside its existing ladies group, helping expand access to connection, support and wellbeing within the local community.

Still processing what was such a special weekend at the Wilderness Well-being Retreat in the Cairngorms. ๐Ÿ™ ๐ŸŒŠ ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐ŸŒณ

Created by Yaz and her family after her own struggles with mental well-being, theyโ€™ve built a beautiful retreat space in the Highlands rooted in love, resilience, connection, and nature.

Surrounded by silence, birdsong, and incredible scenery, the whole weekend felt deeply healing. What stood out most was the warmth of everyone there and the powerful sense of community created through shared stories, laughter, music, and support.

From hiking, foraging, soap making, and seed sowing to the sauna overlooking the hills, every part of the weekend felt grounding and restorative. The homemade, locally sourced food was incredible too.

I left feeling grateful for the connections made, the lessons learned, and the reminder of how powerful nature and community can be for healing and well-being.

One of our hopes at CWH is to one day fund spaces for people in our own community to experience retreats like this too. ๐Ÿค
