Support in your journey is so important...this is what a young member said after receiving her 2 1/2 st award this last week

"For me, Slimming World is the first time I’ve lost weight without feeling like I’m on a diet. It genuinely feels like a lifestyle change. I don’t feel restricted and I can still enjoy my life and the things I love.

If I’ve got something planned at the weekend, I’ll try to stay on plan and food optimise in the days beforehand, saving my swips so I can enjoy myself without the guilt. I’m still mindful, but I don’t beat myself up if things don’t go perfectly because I know I can just get back on track.

The support from group has made such a difference too. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come, but even more proud that I’ve found something that feels sustainable for life. ❤️"

💭 Maybe you don’t need to try something new…

I’ve had more and more past members coming back to group after YEARS away. And do you know what they’ve all said?

👉 “I know Slimming World worked for me before.”

They’ve tried other methods, followed different advice. Got caught up in all the conflicting messages about what we should and shouldn’t be eating. And eventually they’ve thought… why did I ever leave?

Because there’s a lot of myths, noise & confusion out there and I want to shout loud and proud about our 56 years of experience, backed by continued research and development, making sure what we do works for our members.....not just for losing weight, but for learning how to keep it off for good 💪

So if you’re a past member thinking about coming back…You already know the way ❤️

Come find us & let’s get you back to doing what you know works. Get in touch and I'll save you a seat 🙌

There’s a warm welcome waiting for you at my Catterick Garrison groups x
