Tissue (Cell) Salts are a safe and easy way to support your overall health.
I regularly use these alongside other Homeopathic medicines in my practice.
Over the coming weeks I will go through each one to give an overview of how and what they can be used for.

A couple I regularly use especially this time of year are Ferr Phos and Kali Phos.
Ferr Phos is fantastic when you start to feel a cold, fever or flu coming on and can stop it in its tracks. It can also be taken as a preventative.
Kali Phos for overwork & worry - irritability, fatigue, when your nerves are on edge, it is a wonderful soother.

Arnica,
One of the most commonly known Homeopathic medicines.
Arnica has a huge depth, more than most realise.

For falls, injuries, sprains, fractures, blows to the head etc. This is a fantastic remedy to have in an acute situation.
It will reduce swelling, bruising, pain, a first-class remedy in treating shocks.
Since muscles have a memory system, it can treat injuries and the effects of trauma years after it occurred.
