7 days to go until we begin our Summer 21 days of Reiki self-treatment challenge, where we aim to give ourselves Reiki every day for 21 days.

I self-treat daily. In fact today I’m celebrating 260 days of consecutive self-treatments 🙌 I’ve self-treated every day since I began the 21 days of Reiki group back in September.

And boy am I feeling the benefits! ✨

I’m more grounded and aligned. I have an enhanced inner strength and resilience. I’m feeling the fear and doing it anyway 😊 Setbacks don’t phase me as much. I accept them as part of the process.

But whilst I self-treat regularly, there’s nothing like the energy when we come together as a collective during our 21-day challenges. It’s a beautiful thing.

And I’ve found that each time, they’re a real catalyst for self-awareness and growth. I’m excited to see what this 21 days brings…

When it comes to self-care, a little can go a long way. Our nervous systems can all do with a micro-pause…

This simple practice can help you to reset and find a little calm:

✨Place one hand over your heart, and one hand on your abdomen.

✨Close your eyes.

✨Take one slow, long, deep breath in through your nose…

✨And exhale in an audible sigh, letting your jaw hang open, your shoulders drop, and the space between your eyebrows soften.

Repeat as many times as you need 💖

What a beautiful message from Roz's Counselling Corner

We all know how it feels to be excluded for simply being who we are… I’m passionate about building inclusive, safe spaces so that we may all feel able to live authentically, however that looks 💖

Sometimes the smallest of gestures, a smile, a “good morning”, or a word of encouragement can make the world of difference.

Let’s be the change we want to see in the world. Let’s treat each other as equals. Let’s be kind. Let’s be open to learning about others’ lived experiences and not judge how others choose to live. Let’s celebrate the diversity this world is blessed with 💛

Happy Friday! 🥳

Here’s a wonderful affirmation for you to start the weekend:

“My confidence grows with every step I take.”

We don’t need to feel ready before we take the step. We build confidence along the way and learn to trust ourselves more and more.

And if we encounter setbacks, we no longer see them as failures. Rather, we’re thankful for the redirection onto another path. Or the opportunity to build our resilience.

The thing about the willingness to have a go: it’s contagious.

I was watching Race Across The World earlier (one of our guilty pleasures!) and these two young women were looking for work to boost their budget and they were getting knocked back time and again. But they didn’t give up!

And it really gave me a boost too - if things don’t work out, meh 🤷‍♀️ On to the next opportunity 😊

Let’s be grateful for all the lessons that come our way, and trust that all is unfolding as it should ✨
